SPECTRUM ANALYSIS

Experiencing wireless drop-outs or poor performance? Dynamic Wireless conducts onsite RF spectrum analysis surveys with real-time WiFi information, to diagnose and pin-point the root cause of your wireless connectivity problems. Using our spectrum analysis tools (we have four different spectrum analysis tools), we are able to determine what types of RF interference are present in their environment, which may impact the performance of their network.

Our spectrum analysis capabilities include 900 MHz narrowband, 2.4 GHz (2.400 to 2.495 GHz) and 5 GHz (5.150 to 5.850 GHz) frequencies. Using the built-in RF interferer classification database, we are able to identify the type of RF interference causing the problem, including non-WLAN devices such as Bluetooth, cordless phones, zigbee, microwave ovens, wireless game controllers, and more.

In addition, via our directional antenna connected to the spectrum analyser radio card, we are able to identify and help locate individual sources of RF interference.

Sometimes interference only shows up at certain times of the day and is difficult to track down in the moment. In this instance we leave a laptop running with the spectrum analyser software at the customer site, in order to capture a timeline of RF analysis which we can later play back and identify the interferes. We can even connect it to your network to allow us to remotely login to the spectrum analyser to monitor throughout the day.
